Access to sustainable farms
The Origin Green programme measures the sustainability of 53,000+ primary producers across Ireland every 18 months. Farms are audited and certified for food safety, traceability, animal welfare. Other responsible farm measures include biodiversity and the use of water, energy, feed and fertiliser.
Work with sustainable companies
Origin Green members span a variety of food and drink sectors ranging from dairy and horticulture to meat, seafood and prepared foods. 90% of Ireland’s food and drink exports now come from Origin Green members.

Independent accreditation and verification are built into every part of the Origin Green programme.
