About the company
Situated in the beautiful and bountiful setting of the Golden Vale in Ireland, Tipperary Boutique Distillery was founded in March 2016. Our unique location combined with our knowledge & passion affords us the opportunity to create great whiskey from our own barley, grown on Ballindoney farm in County Tipperary.The founders of Tipperary Boutique Distillery are Jennifer Nickerson, Stuart Nickerson and Liam Ahearn.

Commitment to develop a biodiversity initiative in conjunction with their barley suppliers to enhance biodiversity by planting 150m of hedgerows and 200 pollinator friendly plant species by 2021.

Tipperary Boutique Distillery Ltd have set a target of having 75% of raw materials from suppliers with recognised sustainability certifications by 2021.
